The Vini Siciliano are born in Castiglione di Sicilia on the north side of Mount Etna at 700 meters above sea level, where Rocco Siciliano, a passionate viticulture doctor, began planting international grape varieties such as Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as native varieties like Nerello Mascalese and Carricante, back in 1987.

The soil is volcanic with a fine texture, and the climate is temperate with significant temperature variations. Since 2015, he has been bottling his wines with the guidance of Alessandro Viola.

All vinification processes are carried out manually, without invasive techniques.
