On a volcanic and clay soil, walking day by day on the “gghiara”, as the Etneans pronounce it, 15 hectares are cultivated between vineyard, olive grove, and orchard, taking the form of a theater, as if inviting anyone who crosses the gate to enjoy the immense show that is Nature, which daily replicates and renews itself.
