Massimo Lentsch’s winery is located on the northern slope of Mount Etna, in Passopisciaro, within the territory of Randazzo. His commitment is to safeguard the environment and the people who live there, which is why his wine production follows organic and vegan protocols.
The vineyards, trained in the traditional Etna alberello style and largely ungrafted, are true works of art in harmony with nature. Each vine is meticulously cared for, without the use of herbicides or chemicals. In the cellar, only indigenous yeasts are used and the wine is not clarified, preserving the original qualities of the fruit.
Massimo Lentsch’s company is committed to artisanal viticulture, which meticulously cares for each vine, to give voice to all the nuances of a generous and complex soil.
